Compare Party Bus Rental Options in Overland Park
Kansascitypartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website — not a bus company, not a motor carrier, not a fleet operator. It's a free tool that lets you fill out one form or make one call and instantly see vehicles, photos, and pricing from a wide network of transportation companies serving Overland Park, the rest of Johnson County, and the broader Kansas City metro area.
That distinction is great news for you. Because this site isn't tied to a single fleet, you're never limited to whatever one company has available on your date. You get options — different vehicle types, different capacities, different price points — all in one place, all without having to describe your trip to five different dispatchers and wait on five different callbacks.
Compare a 15-passenger party bus against a 40-passenger charter bus side by side, see what's available on your date, and find what fits. Call 816-816-7930 or use the online quote tool — pricing in about a minute, no obligation.

Get the Overland Park Bus Amenities You Want
A 15- to 50-passenger party bus typically comes loaded with color-changing LED lighting, wraparound perimeter seating, a full-length bar area, flat-panel TVs, and a Bluetooth sound system — the right call for a bachelorette night hitting the Crossroads or a birthday group making the rounds in downtown KC. A minibus is the practical pick for corporate shuttles between the Sprint Campus and a conference hotel in Overland Park, with reclining seats and powerful climate control for the Kansas summer heat. Full-size charter buses add undercarriage storage bays and onboard restrooms — worth it for a long haul to a Royals road series or a multi-day conference run.
Amenities vary by vehicle and availability, so use the online form or call 816-816-7930 to see exactly what's available for your date.

Find the Right Party Bus for Your Overland Park Group
Booking group transportation in the Kansas City metro used to mean calling companies one at a time, getting put on hold, describing your trip over and over, and waiting days for quotes that never quite matched up. Kansascitypartybuscompany.com exists to replace that whole process with one form and one phone call.
Because the site pulls from a network of transportation companies — not a single fleet — you get real options instead of "sorry, we're booked." Arrowhead weekend? Chiefs playoff game?
Prom season in Johnson County, when every party bus in a 50-mile radius is spoken for by February? The network is wide enough that you're not stuck scrambling. You compare what's available on your date, pick the vehicle that fits your headcount and budget, and move on.
There's no account to create, no callback to wait for, no obligation on the quote. Any time, any day — online or at 816-816-7930. For groups with more specific needs, a support team is available to put together a custom package around your exact itinerary.
That's the whole model: fast, easy, and actually useful.
Party Bus & Charter Bus Services Available in Overland Park
From airport shuttles and Chiefs and Royals game day runs to wedding guest shuttles, bachelorette nights, corporate event transportation, prom, and concert runs to T-Mobile Center — whatever brings your group together, there's a vehicle in the network ready for it. Call 816-816-7930 to get your group moving.

Overland Park Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Kansas City International Airport (MCI) sits roughly 35 miles north of Overland Park — on a normal Tuesday afternoon, that's about 40 minutes via I-435 W to I-29 N. On a Sunday evening after a holiday weekend, when KCI's terminal arrivals curb is backed up and I-29 southbound is stop-and-go past the Platte City interchange, it can stretch past 90 minutes. Coordinating a dozen cars from Overland Park's hotel corridor to MCI's commercial pickup zones, then trying to reunite a scattered group after baggage claim, is the kind of thing that turns a great trip into a logistics headache before it even starts.
An Overland Park airport shuttle bus rental loads everyone in one spot, heads straight up I-435, and drops the group curbside at the terminal. For the return, everyone gathers after baggage claim and the bus comes to them — no coordination across three different rideshare apps, no one waiting in the rain outside the terminal doors. Check the MCI airport shuttle guide for current pickup zone details, and call 816-816-7930 to lock in your transfer.

Overland Park Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The Power & Light District (1327 Grand Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64106) is the standard anchor for a KC bachelorette night — a walkable block of bars and clubs in the heart of downtown, 25 miles north of Overland Park on I-35. The Crossroads Arts District adds a completely different energy: rooftop patios, craft cocktail bars, and late-night spots spread across a walkable grid south of the Loop. Hitting both in a single night in separate cars means someone is always waiting, always sober-ish, always arguing about where to park near 19th and Baltimore.
An Overland Park bachelorette party bus rental keeps the whole group together from the first stop in OP to the last call downtown — LED lighting, sound system, everyone on the same itinerary the whole night. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus is the right size for most bachelorette groups; a 14-passenger Sprinter limo works well for a tighter group that wants a more intimate setup. Call 816-816-7930 now — weekend dates in peak season book out fast.

Overland Park Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable ways to kick off a Sweet 16 or quinceañera in Overland Park — and Johnson County has the banquet halls and event venues to back up a grand entrance. Milburn Country Club (7501 W 69th St, Overland Park, KS 66204), The Pavilion Event Center, and venues along the Metcalf corridor all host milestone celebrations regularly, and a 20- to 30-passenger party bus with LED lighting and a custom playlist sets the tone before the guest of honor even walks through the door.
For adult milestone birthdays taking the group downtown to the Crossroads or Power & Light, a party bus eliminates the designated driver conversation entirely and keeps the night on one clean itinerary. An Overland Park birthday party bus rental is available in sizes from 15 to 50 passengers — use the online tool to see what's available for your date, or call 816-816-7930 to get a quote fast.

Overland Park Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most of the Kansas City metro's biggest concert venues are 20–30 minutes north of Overland Park on a clear night — and a clear night on concert day is rarely what you get. T-Mobile Center (1407 Grand Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64106) sits in the middle of downtown KC with a parking garage that fills fast and a surface lot situation that pushes later arrivals toward the River Market or Crown Center garages, both a solid walk from the arena doors. The T-Mobile Center bus rental guide has current drop-off and staging details worth reviewing before your show date.
Starlight Theatre (4600 Starlight Rd, Kansas City, MO 64132) is a 7,958-seat outdoor amphitheater in Swope Park — beautiful venue, genuinely difficult parking situation, with Swope Park's internal road network funneling everyone through the same few exits after a show. An Overland Park concert bus rental drops your group at the venue, stages nearby, and has everyone loaded and moving before the parking lot turns into a 45-minute crawl. Call 816-816-7930 to check availability for your show date.

Overland Park Corporate Event Transportation
Overland Park is Johnson County's corporate hub — Corporate Woods (10975 Benson Dr) alone spans 27 buildings across 270 acres, and the College Boulevard corridor runs dense with office parks, hotels, and conference centers that host regional summits, multi-day training events, and company-wide all-hands meetings year-round. Moving employees between a Marriott on College Boulevard and a meeting venue at Corporate Woods sounds simple until you've got 60 people trying to navigate an unfamiliar campus in rental cars during morning rush on I-435.
A Kansas City corporate event charter bus or minibus keeps the group on one schedule, eliminates the "where do I park?" conversation, and drops everyone at the right building entrance. For multi-day conferences, a minibus running a timed shuttle loop between a hotel block and the event venue is a cleaner solution than reimbursing individual Ubers that never show up on time. Call 816-816-7930 to build a corporate shuttle package around your event's specific itinerary.

Overland Park Private Event Transportation Services
Overland Park's social calendar has a handful of dates where transportation gets genuinely complicated. The Kansas City Renaissance Festival (633 N 130th St, Bonner Springs, KS 66012) runs weekends from late August through mid-October and draws tens of thousands of visitors to a site off K-7 Highway where parking is entirely field-based and shuttle queues stretch long on peak weekends. Getting a group of 20 there in separate cars means scattered parking, a long walk, and a painful exit through a single-lane access road.
An Overland Park private event charter bus rental loads everyone from one pickup point, parks in the oversized vehicle area, and has your group loaded and rolling before the lot clears. For family reunions making a day of it — Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead in the morning, lunch in Overland Park, evening back at a private venue — a charter bus or minibus keeps the whole itinerary on one vehicle and one schedule. Call 816-816-7930 to put a package together.

Overland Park Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Johnson County is home to some of the largest high schools in Kansas — Blue Valley, Blue Valley North, Blue Valley Northwest, Olathe North, and Olathe East each draw hundreds of students to prom every spring. All of those schools hold their proms within roughly a 6-week window between late April and late May, which means the Overland Park and broader Johnson County party bus market gets genuinely thin by March. Waiting until April to book is a gamble — not just on price, but on availability.
For prom: book by January. Pricing for a 6-hour Saturday night prom rental in a premium party bus is meaningfully lower in December than it is in March, and the vehicle selection is dramatically better. An Overland Park prom party bus rental can be confirmed, itinerary locked, and off your planning list in one call to 816-816-7930.
Don't let it be the last thing you book.

Overland Park School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Johnson County's school districts run an active field trip calendar, and the metro's most popular destinations — Powell Gardens (1609 NW US Highway 50, Kingsville, MO 64061), the Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium (6800 Zoo Dr, Kansas City, MO 64132), and the National WWI Museum and Memorial (100 W 26th St, Kansas City, MO 64108) — each require highway travel from Overland Park that rules out walking or biking and makes carpooling a logistical nightmare at scale.
A charter bus for an Overland Park school field trip keeps the entire class on one vehicle with overhead storage for bags and lunches, and select vehicles in the network include onboard restrooms for longer drives — which matters when you're 45 minutes from the Kansas City Zoo with 40 fifth-graders on board. ADA-accessible vehicles are available; mention it when you request your quote. Call 816-816-7930 to confirm the right vehicle size and configuration for your group.

Overland Park Sporting Event Transportation
Arrowhead Stadium (1 Arrowhead Dr, Kansas City, MO 64129) is 25 miles northeast of Overland Park on I-435 E — and on a Chiefs game day, especially a January playoff game, that drive turns into a parking-and-patience exercise that starts well before kickoff. Arrowhead's general parking is sold out for Chiefs games season after season, and the lots open 5 hours before kickoff, meaning early arrivals claim the spots closest to the stadium while late groups end up in remote lots with a long walk to the gates. The Arrowhead Stadium bus rental guide covers current bus and charter vehicle parking areas in detail — worth a read before your game day.
Kauffman Stadium (1 Royal Way, Kansas City, MO 64129) shares the same Sports Complex campus, and Royals games in summer bring similar volume on big-draw nights. For both venues, a Kansas City charter bus rental from Overland Park means the tailgate starts on I-435 rather than in a remote lot after a shuttle ride. Check the Kauffman Stadium bus rental guide for parking and drop-off specifics, and call 816-816-7930 to lock in your game day bus.

Overland Park Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Overland Park and the surrounding Johnson County area has a dense concentration of wedding venues — The Pavilion Event Center, Milburn Country Club, The Grand Hall at Power & Light, and the growing collection of barn and estate venues in southern Johnson County all host weddings regularly. The challenge is that your guests are almost always spread across multiple hotel blocks — Overland Park's hotel corridor on College Boulevard and Metcalf Avenue, and downtown KC hotels near the Plaza — and getting everyone to a 4pm ceremony at a venue off 135th Street without the 2pm pre-ceremony parking scramble is the part that catches planners off guard.
A Kansas City wedding shuttle bus rental runs a timed loop between hotel blocks and the venue, drops guests curbside, and handles the return run after the reception so no one is hunting for a rideshare at 11pm in an unfamiliar suburb. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the right call for the wedding party itself on the morning of the ceremony. Call 816-816-7930 — wedding weekends book out months in advance, and the earlier you lock in the shuttle, the less you think about it between now and the big day.

Overland Park Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Kansas City metro's brewery and winery scene has grown significantly, and several of the best stops are a reasonable drive from Overland Park. Louisburg Cider Mill (14730 KS-68, Louisburg, KS 66053) is about 25 miles south on US-69 and draws big groups during its fall festival season — apple cider, hard cider, and a country setting that's easy to spend an afternoon at. Closer in, Kansas City's Westside and Crossroads neighborhoods have stacked up a real craft brewery circuit: Double Shift Brewing, Torn Label Brewing, and Border Brewing Company are all within a walkable stretch of each other.
The problem with a self-driving winery or brewery crawl is obvious — someone ends up as the sober navigator, the parking situation at Westside and Crossroads spots is street-only and metered, and getting a group of 15 between three stops in two different neighborhoods requires either two cars or a lot of Uber coordination. An Overland Park pub crawl bus rental handles the driving, stages between stops, and keeps the whole group on one itinerary. Call 816-816-7930 to build a custom route.

Frequently Asked Questions About Overland Park Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Kansascitypartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Kansascitypartybuscompany.com?
Kansascitypartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation in the Kansas City metro. It's not a bus company and it doesn't provide transportation — it's a free tool that lets you compare party buses, charter buses, minibuses, and Sprinter vans from a network of transportation companies serving Overland Park and the surrounding area. You fill out one form or make one call, see available vehicles and pricing for your date, and find what fits your group.
No account required, no obligation on the quote.
How does Kansascitypartybuscompany.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, pickup location, drop-off location, group size — into the online quote form. In about a minute, you'll see vehicle options with photos and pricing available for your date. If you'd rather talk it through, call 816-816-7930 any time and a support team can pull options, answer questions, and help you put together a package around your specific itinerary.
Either way, you're comparing real options from a real network — not waiting on hold with one company to find out they're already booked.
How much does a party bus cost in Overland Park?
As a planning range: a 15-passenger party bus typically runs $200–$350/hour on weekdays and $250–$350/hour on weekends. A 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $250–$375/hour depending on the day. A full 56-passenger charter bus generally falls between $200–$350/hour.
The actual price for your trip depends on your specific date, how many hours you need, and what's available in the network. Use the online form or call 816-816-7930 — you can have actual pricing for your date in under a minute. See the Kansas City party bus prices page for a full breakdown by vehicle type.
Where exactly does a charter bus drop off at Arrowhead Stadium?
Arrowhead Stadium's bus and charter vehicle parking is coordinated per event — the Arrowhead Stadium bus rental guide covers current drop-off and parking procedures in detail. The short version: buses use designated charter and oversized vehicle lots, and on big game days those approaches are managed by traffic control well before kickoff. Because Arrowhead's general lots open 5 hours before kickoff and sell out for Chiefs games season over season, a bus that handles its own staging frees your group from that entire problem.
Check the guide and verify current lot assignments with the official stadium site before your game.
What size bus do I need for my group?
A quick rule of thumb: a 15-passenger party bus works for a tight bachelorette or birthday group; 25-passenger buses cover most bar crawls and mid-size friend groups; 40–50-passenger party buses are right for a big corporate outing or large family event; and a 56-passenger charter bus is the move for conventions, school field trips, or any event where you're moving 40+ people at once with luggage. If you're between sizes, go up — a bus with a few empty seats is a comfortable ride, and a bus that's too small means someone gets left behind. Call 816-816-7930 to talk through the right fit for your headcount and itinerary.
Can I book a one-way trip, or is a round trip required?
One-way trips, round trips, and multi-stop itineraries are all available through the network. A round trip is often the cleanest solution for events with a hard end time — a concert at T-Mobile Center, a Royals game at Kauffman — because the return pickup is already arranged and no one has to scramble for a rideshare at 11pm. But if you only need a one-way airport transfer or a single pickup run, that's a valid package too.
Describe your itinerary when you call 816-816-7930 or fill out the quote form, and the support team will match you with the right package.
Is there a set rental length for an Overland Park party bus?
Rental length requirements vary by vehicle type, date, and the specific company in the network. Weekend nights and peak-demand dates typically require longer bookings than a Tuesday afternoon run. The fastest way to find out what the minimum is for your specific date and vehicle is to use the online quote form or call 816-816-7930 — you'll have that information alongside your pricing in about a minute, and the support team can help you structure the itinerary to make the most of your rental window.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Overland Park trips, 4–8 weeks of lead time is a solid baseline. But certain dates require much more runway. Chiefs games — especially playoff games and home openers — book out weeks or months in advance across the entire metro.
Johnson County prom season (late April through May) sees demand spike across every school district simultaneously; booking by January is strongly advised for prom. The Kansas City Renaissance Festival runs weekends from late August through mid-October and draws big group bookings early. Any weekend in peak summer also moves faster than you'd expect.
The earlier you call or fill out the form, the better your vehicle selection and pricing. Call 816-816-7930 as soon as your date is set — there's no cost to get a quote, and early booking is always the cheaper move.
Popular Overland Park Party Bus Destinations
Overland Park's position at the center of Johnson County puts dozens of metro-wide destinations within easy reach — from Arrowhead and Kauffman on the Missouri side to the Renaissance Festival in Bonner Springs. Here are six of the most popular group transportation destinations in and around Overland Park.

Arrowhead Stadium
Arrowhead Stadium (1 Arrowhead Dr, Kansas City, MO 64129) seats 76,416 and has been one of the loudest venues in the NFL for decades. From Overland Park, it's roughly 25 miles northeast on I-435 E — about 30 minutes without traffic. With traffic on a Sunday afternoon before a 3:25pm kickoff, that drive can push past an hour, and the I-435/I-70 interchange near the Sports Complex is the predictable chokepoint.
General parking lots open 5 hours before kickoff and sell out entirely for Chiefs games. The Arrowhead bus guide has current charter vehicle parking and drop-off details. Address: 1 Arrowhead Dr, Kansas City, MO 64129.
Phone: (816) 920-9300.

Kauffman Stadium
Kauffman Stadium (1 Royal Way, Kansas City, MO 64129) sits directly adjacent to Arrowhead on the same Sports Complex campus and seats 37,903 for Royals baseball. On a Friday night promotional game or a Saturday getaway day in July, the I-435 approach from Overland Park backs up past the Blue Ridge Cutoff interchange, and the internal campus road network funnels all vehicles through a small number of gate entrances. Groups arriving in separate cars face split parking and a long reunion walk before first pitch.
The Kauffman Stadium bus guide covers current drop-off and oversized vehicle parking. Address: 1 Royal Way, Kansas City, MO 64129. Phone: (816) 921-8000.

T-Mobile Center
T-Mobile Center (1407 Grand Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64106) is downtown KC's 19,500-seat arena — home to Mavericks hockey, college basketball tournaments, and a year-round concert schedule that pulls national touring acts regularly. From Overland Park, it's about 22 miles north on I-35, and the downtown KC street grid around Grand Boulevard and 14th Street is genuinely difficult to navigate for first-timers on event nights. Garage parking in the immediate blocks fills well before doors open.
The T-Mobile Center bus guide has current drop-off and staging details. Address: 1407 Grand Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64106. Phone: (816) 949-7100.

Starlight Theatre
Starlight Theatre (4600 Starlight Rd, Kansas City, MO 64132) is a 7,958-seat outdoor amphitheater inside Swope Park — the largest urban park in Kansas City — and hosts Broadway touring productions, country headliners, and pop concerts from May through October. The venue's Swope Park setting means the road network into and out of the site is relatively narrow: Meyer Boulevard and Swope Park Drive both funnel toward the same exits, and post-show traffic regularly backs up 30–45 minutes in the lots. Read more about transportation options at the Starlight Theatre bus guide.
Address: 4600 Starlight Rd, Kansas City, MO 64132. Phone: (816) 363-7827.

Azura Amphitheater
Azura Amphitheater (550 N 130th St, Bonner Springs, KS 66012) is a 18,000-capacity outdoor venue about 30 miles northwest of Overland Park off K-7 Highway — the same corridor that serves the Renaissance Festival grounds nearby. The venue draws major touring acts all summer, and K-7 is a two-lane highway for much of its approach from the south. Post-show exits from the venue's single main access road routinely take 45–60 minutes on sold-out nights.
A charter bus stages in the oversized vehicle area and loads the group directly rather than sitting through the lot-by-lot exit crawl. See the Azura Amphitheater bus guide for current drop-off details. Address: 550 N 130th St, Bonner Springs, KS 66012.

Kansas Speedway
Kansas Speedway (400 Speedway Blvd, Kansas City, KS 66111) holds NASCAR Cup Series races each spring and fall, drawing 75,000+ fans to the Village West entertainment district on the Kansas side of the state line — about 20 miles north of Overland Park on I-435. Race weekend traffic on I-435 and I-70 near the Speedway is some of the densest the KC metro sees all year, with the exits at Speedway Boulevard backing up miles before race time. Groups arriving via charter bus use designated commercial and charter vehicle staging areas; check the Kansas Speedway bus guide for current approach and parking procedures.
Address: 400 Speedway Blvd, Kansas City, KS 66111. Phone: (913) 328-7223.
